Albert graduated in law from Barcelona University (1996) and gained a Postgraduate diploma in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning from Pompeu Fabra University-idEC (2000). He went on to gain a Master’s in Land Useand Urban Planning Studies at the Public Administration School and he qualified as an Urban Planning Technician UPC-UPF (2001-2003). He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Environment and Natural Resources from Pompeu Fabra University–IDEC (2004), and another in the specialist area of Reparcelling and Urban Compensation from the UPC Foundation (2006).

In 2001 he began working as a lawyer at Agroxarxa, SL (Farmers’ Union of Catalonia) where he provided defence counsel in contentious legal proceedings in matters related to urban planning, expropriation, the environment, liability and administrative law in general.

In 2006 Albert joined Pareja& Associats, Advocats.
